Now that your home is actively listed be prepared to have buyers preview your home and we'll schedule Open House times if we deem it's appropriate for your situation. I'll also solicit comprehensive feedback from agents that show your home so what we can address any objections agents and buyers may have

Be prepared for a comprehensive inspection to be done on your home, together we'll determine which things (if any) need to be done on your home and we'll let the buyer know what you're willing to do so they are happy with the purchase. After the inspection expect an appraisal to be done on your home to determine if we've priced it right
